What you need to know

What are check in and check out times?

Check in is from 3pm. If you arrive before 3pm our concierge can store any luggage for you. Check out is by 11am.

What is the cancellation policy for rooms?

If you have booked the Best Available Flex Rate you can cancel anytime up to 4pm on the day prior to the day of arrival with no charge. Cancellation after this time will incur a charge for your first night’s stay. Other rates may carry different cancellation terms and these will be confirmed at the time of enquiry or booking.

Does you have disabled access?

Yes, we offer a range of facilities for guests including fully accessible bedrooms, bathrooms and lavatories, accessible entrances, access ramps, designated or assisted car parking, and assistance dogs are welcome.

Is there car parking?

Yes, we have 500 complimentary car parking spaces.

Is the hotel dog-friendly?

Only guide dogs and assistance dogs are allowed.

Do you have family rooms?

Yes, we do have family rooms and are able to provide a cot in the room if requested at the time of booking.

Can you arrange transport to the city/airport?

Yes, our concierge team can organise transport via local taxi company, additional charges will apply.
