- Guarantee policy: credit or debit card guarantee to secure your reservation only.
- No payment will be taken from your card and you will pay for your room on departure at the hotel.

- Cancellation policy: fully Flexible up to 4pm day prior to arrival.
- If you fail to arrive or you cancel your reservation after 4pm one day prior to the day of arrival, you will be charged for your first night's accommodation.
- When a hotel leaves the portfolio, the discounted rates are no longer applicable at that property.
