- The five winners will be selected at random on Thursday 15 August 2024.
- Five people will win a Signature Spa Day (including a 50 minute ELEMIS treatment each, light lunch and full use of the Health Club facilities) for 2 people at Dunston Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort.
- Prize to be booked by 1 December 2024 and redeemed before 30 December 2024.
- Prize must be booked at least 3 days in advance of intended visit.
- Blackout dates apply and subject to availability. This will be disclosed by our Customer Reservations Team at time of booking. To avoid disappointment, we advise winners book their spa days as soon as possible before their intended visit.
- Travel to and from the hotel is not included.
- No cash alternative will be available, and the prize is non-transferable.
- You must make the hotel aware of the prize upon arrival.
- The winner must contact the Customer Reservations team by emailing [email protected] or calling 0330 107 1599 to book their prize. They will be given a unique reference code within their winning message. This will come directly from The QHotels Collection only.
- The winner MUST be one of the participants of the prize.
- The prize cannot be transferred to another person.
