Enjoy all the benefits of a hotel stay, with added privacy and space to really spread out. The Bolthole is a cosy 3-bedroom holiday home in the grounds of Dunston Hall, overlooking the golf course and located in the heart of the resort.

It’s available for exclusive use for up to 12 guests (up to 10 adults and two children), minimum 6 guests required, with flexible sleeping configurations which can be altered to suit your group’s needs.

Great stay. Much needed massage by Caroline
Beautiful hotel and great location. Good sized, nicely done, clean rooms. Great service from everyone, with a special mention for Caroline who gave me a great massage and was very friendly. Good amenities with the pool, jacuzzi, steam, sauna and gym. Nice atmosphere at dinner too.

Beautiful Hotel and grounds with a lovely relaxing Spa
Had a Spa day at this beautiful picturesque Hotel and stayed overnight in a clean comfortable room, I had a full body massage with neck, shoulders and scalp massage with Claudia she listened to where I needed it most and gave me an amazing 1 hour and 15 mins massage it had to be the best one yet and I've had a few, she was also very friendly and polite too. The young lady on the spa reception Victoria was so lovely and helpful with me she welcomed me with a beautiful smile and was friendly the whole day and she was very busy but kept happy the whole time. I really enjoyed my time at the spa I will definitely be returning. Thank you

Spa treatment from haley was amazing what a professional - a real credit to Dunston hall thank you so much great start to our one night stay. Great stay, would love to come again
Had a fantastic massage from Georgia and the hotel was very quiet. Even the pool was not over crowded where you're fighting to use the facilities.

We love Dunston
On arrival on the 18th October, we were met with huge smile and a welcome back to our favorite hotel. Will, on the reception desk, greeted us back for what must be about our 20th time. We met our friends there, who also have been many times, Will made sure our stay would be special, relaxing, care free and everything we needed was catered for. Our dogs were with us and they enjoyed all the fuss that was bestowed upon them by other guests and staff. We will be back before Christmas as we love the trees and decorations, a great start to the Christmas celebrations THANK YOU 😊
The Spa experience at Dunston Hall.
The spa experience was top notch (Georgia).
Few days in August .
I stayed at Dunston Hall a few days in late August to attend a longstanding school friend's funeral.Despite my circumstances both the staff and managers were very sympathetic,kind and understanding - they went to some trouble to welcome me and offer their hospitality. I very much enjoyed my food whilst there and my room was very comfortable .Exploring the venue and grounds was very pleasant .Norwich is easily accessible by car - and I was also able to venture to the coast.Thankyou one and all .
Lovely 2-day golf break
We visited as 3 couples on 19/20 October. The hotel reception was able to allocate 3 adjacent rooms, which was nice. The £35 allowance each towards the evening meal was adequate - the lamb rump was worth over spending on! The waiting staff were friendly and attentive. The buffet breakfast had plenty of choice though no continental meats and cheese. The bedroom was clean and the bed very comfortable, only let down by lumpy pillows. There was no safe in the room and no drinking glasses, which surprised me. The golf course is challenging, with lots of bunkers and water! The buggies are good, with a useful screen display of each hole. Beware - the buggies will not move forward if they detect a hazard ie if you go too near a ditch or water or the green itself. The course is still recovering from the summer, when I last visited as part of a big group. Overall a very enjoyable couple of days.
Thoroughly enjoyable experience.
My wife and I had an excellent two days at Dunston Hall. Our room was superb. The food, as always, was exceptional. We rate highly the whole experience at this hotel. Our thanks to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. Special thanks to Luis, Charlie and Judi, in the restaurant. Not forgetting Will at the front desk. We will be back next year. Thank you again.
Brilliant stay
Myself and my partner recently had a one night stay at Dunston Hall for our anniversary. The scenery, location and Property is beautiful! They staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed the health club and had a deep tissue massage at the spa, which was brilliant. We had dinner in the Brasserie which was delicious, however the foccacia and olive oil sharer for the table was size wise more for one person. The room was great, we had the Manor suite, the bed was incredibly comfy. We will absolutely be back!
Lovely relaxing stay
My husband and I spent 3 days at Dunston Hall hotel. On the first day we had massages and would like to mention Victoria who greeted us at the Spa and who was one of the therapists who did a massage for us. She was brilliant! The hotel itself a spectacular building and there are many lovely old features. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much to help guests. Everything about our stay was great - lovely clean and well presented room, nice and peaceful, nice food and great service . We look forward to visiting this hotel again in the future. Many thanks to all the hotel staff who made our stay so enjoyable 😊
Very impressed with everything
We only stayed the one night, but wished we could have stayed longer. Really impressed with all the staff and the quality of the room we were given. We booked a meal which we both enjoyed, the serving staff were excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to return.
Brilliant service from Dunstan Hall's young team
Our room 004 was very well appointed with a magnificent 4-poster bed and wonderful view of the 18th green. The hotel was busy but we were well served and our food was of a high sta,ndard. The most impressive thing about our stay was the hotel staff. Mostly young people (who these days do not always seem to understand the concept of service) they were simply tremendous. Engaging, personable and seemingly all with a confidence and level of interest in their work - and our needs as customers they simply "made" our stay. whilst all the staff were very good I must mention Tom and Laura on Reception and Charlie in the Brasserie. These guys were EXCEPTIONAL. Thank you all
A peaceful, comfortable retreat.
We love Dunston Hall and have been many times as it's the perfect place to meet up with friends for an overnight break. While all the staff are pleasant and helpful, Will on Reception is friendly, warm and welcoming and always able to help with any questions. Breakfast is superb with lots of different choices and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. Dogs are welcomed too with the only negative thing being that although the grounds are stunning you can't walk in them unless you play golf as the are completely given over to the Golf Club.
