Spa day with family for my birthday. Wonderful food for the light lunch, with very helpful kind service. Relaxing facial from Kelly, who was polite and informative it which products used and why. Highly recommend.

Went to the restaurant to celebrate my mums 70th birthday. Food was ok but Charlie our server made up for that, he was amazing very attentive, friendly absolute credit to the company. Charlie you are awesome thank you for being so kind.

Beautiful setting, ambiance, welcoming staff. Our stay was relaxed, and enjoyable. Our room was spotless, everything you could possibly need for an overnight stay. Using the spa facilities is a must, treat yourself to a massage to, the best way to end your stay at Dunston Hall. Easy to locate by vehicle. Plenty to do, especially if your into golf. A night away with a spa treatment that doesnt break the bank. Thank-you for making us feel welcome.

I was given a spa day voucher as a birthday present and took full advantage of the opportunity to use all the facilities while I was there. I was disappointed with the health club/pool/sauna/jacuzzi/changing rooms as they are all very tired and outdated. There are renovations in progress in the area so hopefully these facilities will also get a new lease of life. What made me give a 5* review was the Elemis body scrub and wellness massage with Georgia. It’s was the best spa treatment I’ve had in years!!

Comfortable and well located hotel with friendly staff. Nice pool and good food. The hotel is currently undergoing some refurbishment works which are needed as it does look a little "tired". Our room on the third floor was perfectly adequate but quite cold. We were told the new air conditioning/heating system was quite complicated to master! Also, I requested a hot water with a slice of lemon at breakfast if possible, which on both occasions I was told that no lemons could be found, which I thought was hard to believe!! Very useful Park and Ride into Norwich only a few minutes drive away.

Lovely hotel with staff who are all so nice and friendly.. We always stay here when we visit family and I enjoy my swim before breakfast.

Had a lovely stay, staff are friendly and the rooms clean. Ate in the restaurant which was good. Will definitely visit again.

Wonderful stay at DH. Beautiful hotel and grounds, very friendly helpful staff, beds super comfy and lovely hot shower. Food both at dinner and breakfast delicious. Spa was great and a huge shout out to Amy in the Spa who made such a difference to my mum who was having a tough day

I’ve just come out of a 2 hour treatment with Georgia and I have to say it was amazing. I’ve had many facials and massages but that was by far the best. I always struggle to switch off but today Georgia managed to get me out of my own head in minutes. She’s very professional, welcoming and makes you feel at ease. We discussed what I wanted out of the treatments and she certainly did all of that and talked me through everything she was going to do before and what she had used after. My skin feels amazing, and I feel very relaxed. When I come back again I will certainly be asking to book in with Georgia specifically. Thank you xx

I went with a friend for a spa day, and it was better than I was expecting. We started with a swim in the pool, which was really quiet, and we used the sauna, steam room and spa bath, all were clean and nice. Though the pool area could do with a refresh. Lockers are free and easy to use. We had lunch which was delicious with quick friendly service. Then we sat in the sun (in our robs) in the garden terrace which was lovely. Then, saving the best till last, we had our treatments. I had a welness massage, which translates to a full body massage, and an express facial. Caroline did my massage and she was amazing, very friendly and an excellent masseuse. I will definitely be booking again with her. I left feeling amazing and revitalised. I had been given a voucher for a spa day at Dunston Hall and attended today with my friend. All the staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The facilities were all clean and tidy. My treatments were with Victoria and she was super lovely and I felt very relaxed and at ease. She did an excellent job and I felt amazing afterwards!! The only very minor criticism I have is of staff entering the pool area in outdoor shoes. It felt a bit gross and I heard other people commenting on this. Overall though a wonderful relaxing day and definitely something I would like to book again at some point. Thank you to all the staff.

Whole experience was amazing, massage was so relaxing and the food was amazing, Fred was our server at dinner and couldn’t do enough for us he was friendly and helpful a real asset to dunston hall!

I had a treatment with Georgia this afternoon and it was a great experience. She was very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and much better than when I arrived. I would definitely recommend and will be returning.

My husband and I had a lovely spa stay. We last came 20 years ago for our 1st wedding anniversary and we loved our return trip. I had a fantastic treatment by Kelly which was so relaxing. At dinner, Fred was so attentive and polite. We had a fantastic time and have already recommended to family

We stayed for 1 night with a spa treatment each. I had a bodyscrub and back massage and my Therapist Melissa was brilliant. The oils and scrub she used smelt amazing and the back massage was just what i needed as she worked out several knots and i felt relaxed and thoroughly pampered by the end of the treatment.

A fantastic hotel, with excellent staff, food, bar service and Spa.

My cousin and I came to stay on an overnight spa package. The staff and therapists were all very friendly helpful and made our stay great , Kelly the therapist recommended great things and I loved my treatment. Ellie at dinner was cheerful and put happy birthday on my dessert as we were there for my 50th celebration. Kristie and Martha were super kind at breakfast and tentative. Would definitely recommend to anyone
